Algowid Refund Policy

We offer refunds under specific circumstances related to the upfront payment you have made, as outlined below:

• Unsatisfactory Initial Design Mockup: If you are not satisfied with the initial design mockup, you may be eligible for a refund. However, if the design was based on client referrals and the provided inputs were accurately implemented, the client is not entitled to any refunds.
• Project Non-Initiation: If we have not commenced your project or are unable to start it promptly, you are entitled to a 100% refund of the amount you paid.
• Incompletion of Project: In the event that we are unable to complete the project as per the project's specified requirements, you may be eligible for a refund. However, please note that the client will not be eligible for a refund in the following situations:
  
  1) If the client continuously changes the project's logic and requirements that were initially agreed upon.
  2) If the client frequently alters the project's concept or idea, leading to significant changes in the project scope.
• Cancellation Within 24 Hours: Should you decide to cancel the project within 24 hours of making the payment, you will be entitled to a refund. However, if the project has already begun, a refund will be issued after deducting an amount. The specific deduction will depend on the amount of time we have already invested in the project.

No refund will be given if:

• You have already approved the design mockup. In this situation, you won't be able to get any refunds as our team has already worked as you directed them.
• The project delays are caused by lack of communication from your end.

Hosting and Domain Registration

In case of service cancellation request submitted by the customer, a prorated refund will be issued if the account is eligible for a refund. Cancellations of accounts pre-paid on a yearly basis will only receive a prorated refund based on the monthly rate of the same hosting plan.
